The Hunt

A rapid drawing of Alice in WonderLand ("a "rapid" drawing which took about 6 hours...)

I dreamed of this scene ! Well, it wasn't exactly a dream. Do you know the state where you are half-asleep, half-awake ? Where you can "dream" of some weird things that you still can manipulate ? I think I have my major drawing ideas when I'm like that ! X3

I wanted to draw a kind of terror on Alice, make your eyes go on her face & her face only, but I think I totally missed it ! XD It was better in "dream" !

I'm proud of her mouth ! On the lineart, she looked so young (that was a good thing. The true Alice is supposed to be 8...) but her makeup makes her older ! She is really cute here !

the Queen of Hearts is her shadow, and on the Queen of Hearts card, you can see a John Tenniel's drawing of Alice. I joined the idea that Alice IS the Queen of Hearts. She created WonderLand, that's logic she reigns on it ! She has also some hearts in her eyes !
